Comments:
Complex of small lakes, coordinates are for Crane Lake though not all the entries compiled for Las Vegas NWR specified Crane Lake. Grebe numbers were so small and the lakes close to each other that Crane Lake was most central for the non-specified entries.

Comments:

Rustay (1992), Morrison (1993), and Nistico (1994) were observers. In 1992, Western and Clark's grebes were present with confirmed breeding but no counts. Unidentified adult grebes in 1992 were counted as 2. The November 1994 survey is considered to out of breeding season. These are historical records included in the Atlas.
